By Friday, I will have finished the report. Es especialmente frecuente con by, by the time, before y expresiones que funcionan como referencia futura. En una future time clause con when, once o as soon as usamos normalmente present simple, no will: When you arrive, I will have finished the report. La voz pasiva usa will have been + participio.
By Friday, I will have finished the report.
Para el viernes, habré terminado el informe.
By the time you arrive, we will have eaten.
Cuando llegues, ya habremos comido.
By June, the bridge will have been completed.
Para junio, el puente habrá sido terminado.
By the end of the course, students will have completed six projects.
